We offer free shipping worldwide via our courier partners, DHL Express and Bluedart, for all orders placed with us.

Shipping / Delivery Timeframe

Our typical shipping timeframe for bespoke eyewear orders is 20 business days from the date of order confirmation and receiving photos for fit & measurements.

Factors that could affect this timeframe include:


The delivery time may vary depending on your location. Generally, both domestic and international orders are delivered within 30 business days. However, in some cases, it may take longer due to customs clearance procedures.

Prescription Lenses

For complex prescriptions, such as multifocal lenses or custom tints, we take an extra 3 business days to process the order.

Incomplete Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

International Orders 

International customers are responsible for any clearance charges that may be applied to their orders upon delivery.

Order Tracking 

You can track your order at any time using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Notification

Once your order is shipped, we will notify you via email with the tracking number and ETA.

Shipping Restrictions 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 We also reserve the right to refuse shipping to any location that is deemed unsafe or high-risk.
