Service was good. Mr. Cajetan was kind and was mentoring me all the time. The product was good. There were some issues when the spectacles came. On the addressal of the issue, it was picked up, rectified, and sent back. I approve the Team & Products of Cocoleni...

I came across Cocoleni's frames on IG and right away I tried some virtual frames. After selected the appropriate pair, I order the frames; however when I received the frames there was a minor issue. Customer service was able to rectify the issues and provided me with new frames. No hassle. Great customer service and great product!
