Bespoke eyewear, a completely customized service that makes eyewear to order. Your clients can simply choose a frame they like from COCO LENI’ Ready to Wear frame collection and photograph the customer to get measurements including the width, eye size and temple width and temple bend. Colors and materials and even the screw types and colors can be altered. Within 10 business days, your customer receives a tailor-made frame with his or her name discreetly engraved on the frame arm interior.
ECPs can use COCO LENI new Designer service in which they choose materials, components, shapes and colors, putting together a truly bespoke collection for their practice.
At
COCO LENI we actually use the riveting technique for attaching hinges to the frame. The process is a delicate and time consuming one. Metal pins are precisely and carefully hammered through the acetate/
horn frame and welded to the hinge. Hinges carry more stress than other parts of the frame therefore riveting is the strongest and most durable method to attach hinges.
Within the first 10 years of ownership, if you experience a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship on selected frames, COCO LENI warrants your frames and we will repair or replace the product at no charge. This
warranty is five times longer than any other luxury eyewear maker. This warranty extends to selected limited edition frames, all the other frames are covered with 1 Year Warranty.
